Unfortunately, we are unable to trace or refund lost gift cards, so be sure to keep yours in a safe place. UNIQLO cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or expired gift cards. It is the customer's responsibility to protect the gift card and treat it like cash.

Do not throw away your gift card and make a note of your card number because if you return a product paid for by gift card, it will be refunded to you on the same gift card.
