Q. Can I make an exchange?




Online Order Exchange

We do not offer online exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item, the original item will need to be returned and another order will need to be placed.

You can also exchange your order in UNIQLO France stores. After the exchange, you will no longer be able to receive a refund. All returned items must be returned in a resalable condition including the original packaging, tags and/or labels.

Be sure to print or download your invoice (attached to your shipping confirmation email) as it is required to process any exchange.


Exchange of store-bought items

You can exchange your store-bought items at any UNIQLO store (in the same country of purchase) if the 30-day return period is met. You must provide a valid receipt to return or exchange an item in store. All returned items must be returned in a resalable condition including the original packaging, tags and/or labels.
