Q. What happens if I am out when you try to deliver?




We always recommend that you choose the delivery method that is most convenient for you.

If you are not available to accept delivery, our carrier will leave a notice (if possible) informing you of the failed delivery and the next steps. If they have been unable to deliver, a second attempt will be made on the next working day. As stated in our terms and conditions, a signature is not required for delivery and our carrier has the right to deliver your parcel to a location considered safe or to a neighbour.

After three unsuccessful delivery attempts, your package will be returned to UNIQLO and an automatic refund will be made. Please note that this process can take up to 2 weeks. We cannot stop this process once it has started or resend your order.

Please note that if you need to collect your parcel from a collection point, it will be available there for up to 7 calendar days. After this time it will be returned to our warehouse and an automatic refund will be made. We cannot stop this process once it has started or reship your order.
