Q. Is my package insured and do I need to sign for my order?




All your purchases are insured against theft and accidental damage during transport from UNIQLO to your delivery address. Once your parcel has been delivered and signed for at the address indicated, it is no longer covered. Please ensure that you agree to the terms and conditions before placing your order.

The carrier we have chosen has the right to deliver your parcel in a safe place (not exposed to public view or the weather). If your parcel is delivered to a secure location and you cannot locate it, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
