Q. Due to the heavy goods vehicle traffic ban, the delivery of your order might be delayed

By ministerial decree, heavy goods vehicles weighing over 7.5 tonnes are subject to traffic bans on certain days.

For the summer, this ban has been extended to Saturdays between 7am and 7pm during major vacation departures:

Saturdays July 5, July 12, July 19 and July 26,

then Saturdays August 2, August 16 and August 23.

On these Saturdays, heavy goods vehicles will only be allowed to travel between 0 and 7 am.

These traffic restrictions may have an impact on the delivery of your order.

These are the trucks that transport the parcels from their drop-off point to their distribution site, and may therefore be prevented from driving on certain days.

As a result, parcels dropped off the day before or on the day of a traffic ban, as well as those in transit in our network during a traffic ban, may experience longer delivery times.
