- Delivery cut-off time is 10:30am, Monday to Thursday (except public holidays).
- Orders placed after 10:30am from Friday to Sunday will be dispatched the next working day.

Pick-up in UNIQLO Store (Click & Collect)
- Store will hold your order for 14 calendar days before returning it to warehouse.
- Bring delivery confirmation email or the SMS notification to collect your parcel.
Pick-up at a Point Relais® Lockers
- Point Relais® locations will hold your parcel for 8 days before returning it to UNIQLO.
- Lockers will hold your parcel for 5 days before returning it to UNIQLO.
- For Locker collection, use the 6-digit collection code received by email or SMS to open the locker.
- You will receive an email confirming availability and must present the notification email and proof of identity to collect your parcel.
- A third party may collect your parcel with valid identification and the required collection code.

Q. Do you deliver to my address?
We deliver to all addresses in France (except New Caledonia, Mayotte, St Pierre and Miquelon, Wallis and Futuna, French Polynesia and the DOM). However, we reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe that the address is unsafe, for example in the case of a collective postal address, or a PO Box. If this affects any of your orders, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Q. Can I send one order to multiple addresses?
No, each order can only be delivered to one address. To send items to multiple destinations, please place separate orders.

Q. Is my package insured? Do I need to sign for it?
All purchases are insured against theft and accidental damage during transport. Once delivered and signed for (or placed in a safe location), the insurance no longer applies.
