COLLECTION FROM A POINT RELAIS® | LOCKERS

(Point Relais® will keep your order for only 8 days. Lockers will keep your order for 5 days only, before sending it back to UNIQLO.)

Please note that delivery times are subject to a cut-off time of 10.30am, Monday to Thursday (except public holidays). Orders placed after 10.30am from Friday to Sunday will be dispatched the next working day. 
 

Pick up a parcel at a Point Relais® | Lockers 

For collection from a local Point Relais® | Lockers, you will receive an email confirming the availability of the parcel in the Point Relais® | Lockers. To collect your parcel, you will need to show the notification email and proof of identity. 

  • Point Relais®: After showing proof of identity (identity card, passport, driving licence) or informing the shopkeeper of your collection code, received by e-mail or text message, the shopkeeper will hand over your parcel. 
  • Lockers: Take your 6-digit collection code, received by email or text message and available on the Mondial Relay application, and enter it on the Locker screen to access your parcel. Your collection code may be given to a third party so that they can collect the parcel for you. 


Someone other than you can collect your parcel from a Point Relais©. They must present their original identity document (photocopies are not accepted) and yours ✅. It is not necessary to present a power of attorney. 

For a Locker collection, they must have the collection code to open the locker containing your parcel. 

⚠️ In light of the many fraudulent text messages and emails currently circulating, we recommend that you download the Mondial Relay application and accept the notifications. This will ensure that you have access to all the information relating to your parcels on the app and that you receive notifications from Mondial Relay. ⚠️
