My bank account shows I have been charged twice

Your bank may show a temporary authorisation in addition to the actual debit for your order. A bank authorisation is an amount provisionally reserved by your bank at the time of ordering. This amount is not debited and does not constitute an additional payment.

Once the order has been dispatched, only the final amount is debited, and the pre-authorisation is automatically released by your bank, usually within a few days. If the pre-authorisation still appears on your account after this time, please contact your bank, who will be able to speed up the release.
