Refunds can be processed at any UNIQLO store within the same country of purchase. Store purchases cannot be returned by post.

Refund Process

1.Your item will be first transferred to Mondial Relay Distribution Centre in Réau, then delivered to our warehouse in Germany. Your parcel should arrive at our warehouse in Germany within 6 business days.
2.Once your item has been received back at our warehouse in Germany, your refund will be processed within 14 calendar days after it has been received.
3.You will receive a refund confirmation email once your refund has been processed
4.The refund will be processed and completed within 3-5 business days, depending on the processes at your bank or credit card company.

*Refund processing time is counted from the date you have received the refund confirmation email after your return is being processed.
*Please ensure that you retrieve your proof of return in the form of a Mondial Relay Return Receipt.



  Important Notes
  • Shipping fees and gift wrapping charges are non-refundable.
  • A €2.95 fee per return request will be deducted from your refund. This is €2.95 per return request/parcel and not per item. Unless the return is due to our error, this cost is borne by the customer.
  • Please note that during peak periods such as Christmas and New Year holidays, refund processing may take longer than usual.
Frequently Asked Questions
  • I have dropped off the return parcel to the UNIQLO Warehouse a whole ago, have you already received it?

    A. If you used Mondial Relay to return your order, please check the progress of your return by using your Mondial Relay Return receipt number here: Mondial Relay Tracking.

  • The tracking shows that UNIQLO has already received my return parcel, why has my refund not been processed yet?

    A. You might see your parcel marked as "delivered". This means it's at the carrier's hub in Réau and will soon be on its way to our warehouse in Germany. Your parcel should arrive at our warehouse in Germany within 6 business days.
    Our team will process your refund within 14 calendar days from the date our warehouse in Germany receives your parcel. Once it is processed, you will receive a refund confirmation email.
    The funds will be reflected in your account within 3 - 7 business days from the date you receive the email. 

  • I have received the refund confirmation email, why is the refund still not reflected in my account?

    A. Upon receipt of the refund confirmation e-mail, it takes 3-7 business days (depending on the original payment method) for the refund to be visible in your account.

  • It has been more than 14 calendar days since the return parcel was delivered to your warehouse, however the refund has not been processed yet.

    A. We are sorry for the inconvenience this may cause. Please send us the following information via e-mail, we will get back to you within 24 hours.
    Information required:
    1) Order number
    2) Tracking number of your return parcel
