Q. What happens if I am out when you try to deliver?
Standard Home Delivery
Since 26.02.2025, we have improved standard delivery with standard home delivery by QR/Pin code signature.
After receiving a lot of customer feedback about the lack of security of their delivery, we decided to offer secure delivery.
This new delivery method avoids parcels being dropped off in insecure locations, and eliminates the risk of theft.
Delivery can only be made from the postman to the customer or from the post office to the customer.
This also improves parcel tracking, with better visibility and traceability.
The customer receives the QR code and pin by email the day before delivery and the same day by SMS.
If the customer is absent, they can easily reschedule the delivery or choose a post office collection, or another attempt will be made on the same working day.
The 4-step process:
If the second delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the parcel will be dropped off at the nearest post office or relay point or the parcel will be held for 15 days before being returned to our warehouse. After this period, it will be returned to our warehouse and an automatic refund will be made. We cannot stop this process once it has started and we are not able to reship your order.
Delivery to a Relais Colis collection point
Please note that if you need to collect your parcel from a Relais Colis collection point, it will be available there for a maximum of 7 calendar days. After this period, it will be returned to our warehouse and an automatic refund will be made. We cannot stop this process once it has started and we are unable to reship your order.
Delivery to Point Relais® | Lockers Mondial Relay
For orders placed on or after 24 July 2025, deliveries to collection points, Point Relais® | Lockers, will be made with our new carrier Mondial Relay.
Please note that if you need to collect your parcel from a Mondial Relay Point Relais® | Lockers, it will be available there for a maximum of 8 calendar days. After this period, it will be returned to our warehouse and an automatic refund will be made. We cannot stop this process once it has started and we are unable to reship your order.

- Receive the QR code and Pin code
- On delivery, show the QR/Pin code against the parcel
- If you are absent, a second delivery attempt will be made on the next working day or you can reschedule it.
