Q. How can I track my return?
- Please use your return tracking number (UQ....), which you will find on the returns slip obtained with your returns label and stamped by the Relais Colis, to track your returns:
- Please allow approximately 7 calendar days, from the date you dropped your parcel, for the courier to deliver your parcel to our warehouse.
- On receipt of your return by our warehouse, the refund will be processed within 14 calendar days. (However, you will not receive an email informing you that your return has arrived at our warehouse)
