The UNIQLO App exclusive Quiz Draw for 2026 Summer Season “Airism” Campaign (hereinafter 26SS Airism Campaign” or “Prize Draw”) is open to residents in the UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) and Member States of the European Union (excluding Italy and Spain) aged 18 or over only who have downloaded the UNIQLO APP and participated in this prize draw between 27th April – 24th May (further detail below).

This is a combined Operation for all the countries mentioned above, where participants can win prizes from the UNIQLO App exclusive Quiz Draw for 26SS Airism Campaign.

Only entrants meeting the criteria set out in the Terms and Conditions are eligible to participate in this Operation.

Full Terms and Conditions – Customer Participation

To participate in the Operation, all participants are obliged to actively accept to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, and all entry instructions that form part of these Terms and Conditions in the participation form provided. These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communication, including advertising or promotional materials.

Participant: Uniqlo customers participating in this Promotion who meet the following eligibility requirements.
 

1. Eligibility: The Operation is open to the residents in the UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) and Member States of the European Union (excluding Italy and Spain) aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Operator and their immediate families, its agents and anyone professionally connected with this Prize Draw. 
2. Entry Instructions: Participants will be entered into the Prize Draw by completing a Quiz via UNIQLO App between 27.04.2026 and 24.05.2026 and completing the steps below:

• entries from agents or third parties,
• syndicated entries,
• those made using methods such as computer macro, script or the use of automated devices, and
• duplicate or bulk entries.

3. Participation Period: The Operation is available between 27.04.2026 and 24.05.2026.

Prize Terms & Conditions

4. Prize Information: The prize consists of a £5 / €5/ 75kr/ 50DKK discount coupon, which can be used exclusively on UNIQLO AIRism products. Coupon is valid for one (1) month from the date of receipt. This coupon may only be used for online purchases and is not valid for in-store transactions.
5. No exchange: Please note that no prize can be exchanged into cash.
6. Winner selection: Winners will be selected from all participants who correctly answered all Quiz questions during the Promotion period. Only those who have provided accurate responses to every question will be eligible to receive the prize.
7. Prize Delivery: The prize will be issued directly within the UNIQLO App within 5 working days. Winners may access their prize in the Coupon Section located on the App Membership page.

Our Right to Use Information About You

8. Any personal information provided by participants in the course of an online purchase, downloading the UNIQLO App or participating in this Operation will be collected, stored, and processed by the Operator in strict compliance with applicable data protection regulations. Your personal details will only be used for the purposes of administering this Operation and for no other purposes unless otherwise provided by law or unless you have opted in to receive future marketing mailings from the Operator. If you opt in and start receiving marketing emails from the Operator, but would then like to stop receiving them, use the unsubscribe button provided in an email from the Operator.

9. Other than its agencies and third-party suppliers who are contracted to administer the Operation, the Operator will not pass participants’ details on to any third party.

11. The Operator and its agents reserve the right not to consider, and to exclude any entry they deem in their sole, subjective determination to be inappropriate and/or not in compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
12. No responsibility will be taken by the Operator for entries or claims which, for technical or other reasons, are not entered correctly or are lost.  Incomplete entries will not qualify for the Operation.
13. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be resold or exchanged for cash.
14. Prizes cannot be returned or exchanged at Uniqlo stores.
15. There are no cash or other prize alternatives available in whole or in part except in the event of circumstances outside its control. The Operator reserves the right to substitute a similar alternative of equal or greater value. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Operator the prize will only be awarded directly to the winner.
16. The winner’s information will be used and shared for the purpose of providing the prizes only and announcing the winner.
17. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Operator, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this Operation or the awarding of prizes, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Operation reserves the right to cancel or amend the operation or these Terms and Conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavor to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment. Participants in the Operation agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.  The Operator reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any participant found to be abusing or tampering with the operation of the Operation, or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Operator to be in violation of the Terms and Conditions.
18. Trademarks, logos and names of the products and retailers are the property of their respective owners.
19. To the fullest extent permitted by law and excluding death or personal injury caused as a result of the Operator’s negligence, neither the Operator nor its agencies or third party suppliers accept any liability for claims, losses, demands, damages, corrupted or misdirected entries, any late or misdirected delivery of communications (by email or otherwise), faulty or failed electronic data transmissions or injuries that arise out of and/or in any way related to the prize, the receipt, use and/or enjoyment of the prize and/or the Operation.
20. The Operation and the Terms and Conditions will be governed by the law of the customer’s country of residence and any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Operation will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the customer’s place of residence.
