Short Terms

The UNIQLO Trip to Japan Prize Draw for In-Store-Purchases is open to residents of the Netherlands, Germany, France, and the UK aged 18 or over only, who have (i) downloaded the UNIQLO APP, (ii) created a UNIQLO account and (iii) scanned it at checkout when completing a transaction in the selected new opening UNIQLO stores  (further detail below), (iv) then completed the entry form to participate (the “Operation”).

Centro Oberhausen, Germany and Covent Garden, UK between 26th March 2026 and 26th April 2026 ;

Cabot Circus, UK and Wagram, France between 16th April 2026 and 17th May 2026;

Utrecht Oudegracht, Netherlands between 30th April 2026 and 31st May 2026.


This is a combined Operation for all the countries mentioned above. From all eligible participants, five (5) winners will receive a Trip to Japan.

Full Terms & Conditions – Customer Participation

To participate in the Operation all participants are obliged to actively accept to be bound by these terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”), and all entry instructions that form part of these Terms and Conditions in the participation form provided. These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials.

Operator: Uniqlo Europe Ltd, 103-113 Regent Street, London, W1B 4HL acting through its respective European Branches.

Participant: UNIQLO customers participating in this Operation who meet the following eligibility requirements.

Trip Provider: The company providing the Trip on order of the Operator.

 

1. Eligibility: The Operation is open to the residents of the Netherlands, Germany, France and the UK aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Operator and their immediate families, its agents and anyone professionally connected with this Operation. 

 

2. Entry Instructions: Participants will be entered into the prize draw by scanning their UNIQLO APP Member ID at the checkout when purchasing in the following UNIQLO stores

• entries from agents or third parties,
• syndicated entries,
• those made using methods such as computer macro, script or the use of automated devices, and
• duplicate or bulk entries.

           Such excluded entries will be deleted, and the Participant will be disqualified without notice at the Operator’s sole discretion.
 

3. Participation Period: The Operation is available during the store’s business hours

4. Prize information:

• One (1) winner will be selected per county, to receive a trip to Japan, including return flights for two people from the UK, France, Germany or The Netherlands to Tokyo, Japan (travel is subject to availability at the discretion of NDL Travel and excludes Cherry Blossom Season, bank holidays, Valentine’s day/weekend and school holiday periods, specifically the Christmas holidays, summer holidays, spring and autumn half terms and Easter in UK, France, Germany, The Netherlands and Japan. The flight must be booked by the winner at least three (3) months in advance.)
• The Prize includes return economy flights, all flight taxes and surcharges, as well as one piece of checked baggage per person. A Saturday night stay is a requirement for your ticket. Subject to availability, departure airport used will be the winner’s nearest major international airport in UK, France, Germany or The Netherlands that operates flights to Tokyo. Please note, this may not be your closest airport. A direct flight cannot be guaranteed. If you don’t hold a UK, French, German or Dutch passport you may need a visa for this destination. This should be arranged with the appropriate embassy. Please note that the cost of a visa of this kind isn’t included in your prize.
• For avoidance of doubt, airport transfers in Tokyo are not included in the prize.
• The winner will be staying in a 4* hotel, sharing a double room with en-suite bathroom on a room only basis. If a twin room is preferred, the Operator may use reasonable efforts,  however, the availability cannot be guaranteed.
• Travel insurance is subject to normal terms of acceptance. Pre-existing medical conditions may not be covered. No age restrictions apply. Should NDL Group be unable to purchase travel insurance on the winner’s behalf, a cash sum of £100.00/€100.00 will be provided to the winner via bank transfer.
• All prizes must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within twelve (12) months from the date of the initial correspondence between the winner and Trip Provider. The winner has to accept the Trip Provider’s Terms and Conditions that form part of these Operator’s terms.
• Prize redemption timing is dependent on international border crossing rules between the winner’s country of residence and Japan.
• Once the booking is confirmed, the winner is subject to the travel conditions of the airline. The winner has to accept the airline’s terms and conditions Neither the Operator nor the Trip Provider may be responsible for any unforeseen cancellations of flights or other arrangement.

9. Any personal information provided by Participants in the course of an online purchase, downloading the UNIQLO App or participating in this Operation will be collected, stored, and processed by the Operator in strict compliance with applicable data protection regulations. Your personal details will only be used for the purposes of administering this Operation and for no other purposes unless otherwise provided by law or unless you have opted in to receive future marketing mailings from the Operator. If you opt in and start receiving marketing emails from the Operator, but would then like to stop receiving them, use the unsubscribe button provided in an email from the Operator.

 

10. Other than its agencies and third-party suppliers who are contracted to administer the Operation, the Operator will not pass Participants’ details on to any third party.
     

11. The Operator’s Privacy Policy applies to any processing of data performed in connection with this Operation. The Privacy Policy can be found at:

12. The Operator and its agents reserve the right not to consider, and to exclude any entry they deem in their sole, subjective determination to be inappropriate and/or not in compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
     

13. No responsibility will be taken by the Operator for entries or claims which, for technical or other reasons, are not entered correctly or are lost.  Incomplete entries will not qualify for the Operation.
     

14. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be resold or exchanged for cash.
     

15. Prizes cannot be returned or exchanged at UNIQLO stores.
     

16. There are no cash or other prize alternatives available in whole or in part except in the event of circumstances outside its control. The Operator reserves the right to substitute a similar alternative of equal or greater value. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Operator the prize will only be awarded directly to the winner.
     

17. The winner consents to the Operator publishing his/her name and country within three (3) months of the Operation closing date.
     

18. The winner’s information will be used and shared for the purpose of providing the prizes only and announcing the winner as described in No. 17 of the Terms & Conditions.
     

19. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Operator, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this Operation or the awarding of prizes, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Operator reserves the right to cancel or amend the operation or these Terms and Conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavor to minimize the effect to Participants in order to avoid undue disappointment. For the avoidance of doubt, the Operator will not be responsible for any unforeseen cancellations of flights or other arrangements.
     
20. Participants in the Operation agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.  The Operator reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any Participant found to be abusing or tampering with the operation of the Operation, or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Operator to be in violation of the Terms and Conditions.
     

21. The Operator reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for address and identity details (which they must provide within 2 days) and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the Operation and disqualify the Participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions or any instructions forming part of this Operation’s entry requirements or otherwise where a Participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the Operation or won using fraudulent means. The Operator will be the final arbiter in any decisions, and these will be binding and no correspondence will be entered into in relation to this clause.
     

22. Trademarks, logos and names of the products and retailers are the property of their respective owner.
     

23. To the fullest extent permitted by law and excluding death or personal injury caused as a result of the Operator’s negligence, neither the Operator nor its agencies or third party suppliers accept any liability for claims, losses, demands, damages, corrupted or misdirected entries, any late or misdirected delivery of communications (by email or otherwise), faulty or failed electronic data transmissions or injuries that arise out of and/or in any way related to the prize, the receipt, use and/or enjoyment of the prize and/or the Operation.

 

24. The Operator is not responsible for transportation of participants to and from the participating store.
     
25. The Operation and the Terms and Conditions will be governed by the law of the Participants’ country of residence and any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Operation will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Participants’ place of residence.
