Expected delivery timeframes may vary due to the stock status of individual products within an order. Please be aware that your expected delivery date is specified at checkout, in order history, and order confirmation emails.

Please see the delivery options we offer below (including price and delivery time):

COLLECTION FROM A POINT RELAIS	2-5 working days (Point Relais will hold your order your order for 7 days only, before sending it back to to UNIQLO)	3.95 € (FREE if you spend 50 € or more)

Please note that delivery times are subject to a cut-off time of 10.30am, Monday to Thursday (except public holidays). Orders placed after 10.30am from Friday to Sunday will be dispatched the next working day.

For collection from a local Point Relais, you will receive an email confirming the availability of the parcel in the Point Relais. To collect your parcel, you will need to present the notification email and some form of identification.

Please note that if you would like someone else to collect the parcel on your behalf, they will need to show proof of your identity or an ID bearing the same surname as yours.
