Q. Can I use a different courier to return my order?




If you decide not to use the UNIQLO returns portal to return your parcel, you can return it using the shipping service of your choice. Do not register your return on our returns portal. In this case, you will not be charged the 2,95 € return fee, but you will need to cover the shipping costs of your return and ensure that you have proof of your return.
Simply include a note in the parcel with the following information so that our warehouse team can process your return. Please provide:

1. Your full name
2. The number(s) of your order
3. The SKU code(s) of the product

For example, Pierre Dupont, A001234243, 20001232424 (located under the barcode on the product label).

All items returned must be in a resalable condition, including packaging, labels and/or labels of origin.

Please retain proof of postage for your return until your refund has been confirmed. Failure to do so may result in a significant delay in the processing of your refund.


When will I receive my refund after returning an item?

Please note that we will refund you within 14 calendar days from the date we receive the product(s) back in our warehouse.

All refunds made by us will be made on the basis of the method of payment provided at the time of ordering. UNIQLO reserves the right to withhold amounts for products found to be damaged on return. You will be refunded the amount you paid for the product(s) returned, excluding delivery costs (where applicable) and a 2.95€ returns charge. In other words, we will reimburse you for the cost of the products, but not the delivery and return costs.
