Q. Can I return my online order in store?

Refunds for online orders cannot be processed in store. You have 30 days to exchange your online order at a UNIQLO France store. After the exchange, you will no longer be able to receive a refund. All returned items must be returned in a resalable condition including the original packaging, tags and/or labels.
